Our Step-by-Step Process
1. Free Showroom Consultation
Visit our showroom to speak with a designer. We’ll discuss your ideas, needs, and style preferences while showing you a wide range of layouts, finishes and appliances from leading brands like Nobilia, Ballerina, Masterclass, Neff, Siemens, and Quooker.
Want to bring your own plans or measurements? That’s no problem, we’re happy to work from existing plans or help you start from scratch.
2. Home Visit & Survey
If you’re happy to move forward, we’ll arrange a home visit to take accurate measurements and assess your space. This ensures your new kitchen is designed to fit perfectly, whether it’s a compact galley, a traditional cottage kitchen or a large open-plan room.
3. Personalised Design & Quote
We’ll create a tailored kitchen design using your chosen range, layout and appliances. You’ll receive detailed plans, 3D visuals and a full quote, all clearly explained and free of pressure.
We take the time to get the design right, and we’re happy to tweak and refine it until you’re completely confident.
4. Professional Installation
Once everything is confirmed, your kitchen will be installed by our in-house team of experienced fitters, not third-party contractors. We handle every aspect of the fit, including:
- Cabinet and unit installation
- Worktops and splashbacks
- Appliance fitting and connection
- Sink, tap and plumbing installation
- Electrical work and lighting
- All finishing touches and adjustments
5. Aftercare & Support
We’re here long after the final drawer is fitted. If you have a question, need a small adjustment or want advice on care and maintenance, just give us a call. As a local, family-run business, we’re proud to offer personal service before, during and after your project.
